CTP plate rapid output tips

The upgrading frequency of CTP output system is accelerated, so many operators cannot master the operation technology of CTP output system skillfully, so that the production capacity of new equipment cannot be better developed. In order to solve the above problems, the author briefly summarizes the requirements, parameter setting, common problems and solutions of the CTP output system, so that the operators can adapt to the new equipment more quickly.

Maintaining the right environment is the basis

The surrounding environment has some influence on the CTP output system, such as temperature change, air humidity and dust content. The change of temperature is the natural enemy of the equipment. The optical system of roller scanner, phototypesetting machine, CTP direct printmaking machine and other equipment is vulnerable to the change of temperature to produce water mist, which affects imaging. So the temperature of the CTP system must remain within the standard range.

Humidity reflects the moisture content in the air, the moisture content is too high, the surface of the machine is easy to be embroidered for a long time, and it is not easy to maintain. As a result, the output of CTP version is not linear and stable. However, if the moisture is less than 40%, the machine is also prone to generate static electricity. Therefore, industrial humidifiers and industrial dehumidifiers are generally required to adjust the humidity, which should be between 40% and 60%.

Too much dust can easily damage the computer and plate making equipment, such as dust can easily pile up in the circuit board and air inlet of the electrical equipment. Affected by external temperature and humidity, it may become a conductor instantly, causing circuit board short circuit. Laser phototypesetting machine and CTP plate making machine have higher requirements on the environmental dust content. The partial dust on the optical lens and the dust particles on the inner drum will have an impact on the quality of the plate making. Therefore, it is very important to keep the ground clean, prevent the invasion of foreign dust, regularly dust off electronic equipment, and ensure the daily maintenance of all equipment.

Setting the correct parameters is key

The setting parameters of different plates are different, so the corresponding parameters should be set according to different types of plates. Take Fuji plate material and ekfa plate material, fangzheng diaolong 8600CTP for example. Fuji plate for CTP plate maker of energy parameters selected as 50, developing temperature for 28 ℃, enhancement of 26 seconds, preheating temperature of 90 ℃ to 104 ℃, 80 ml; developing transshipment Agfa energy plate set parameters selected 32, developing temperature of 24 ℃, enhancement of 26 seconds, preheating temperature of 104 ℃ to 127 ℃, developing transshipment is 80 ml, two plate baked version temperature about 260 ℃ (actual temperature), baked version for 3 to 5 minutes, on the basis of plate deformation.

In the concrete of CTP use process should pay attention to the following: the use and storage conditions of CTP plate temperature is 20 ℃ and 25 ℃, humidity is 40% - 60%, because the photosensitive CTP is more sensitive to temperature and humidity, it is important to note that the summer high temperature, high humidity environment; The service period of the developer is 3 weeks to 1 month. Replace the developer to clean the developer and replace the developer filter element. Periodically check the circulation of the developer, and the PH fluctuation range of the developer is between 11.75 and 12.25. Before the output of CTP version, the parameters of the hanging network should be carefully checked, such as the number of hanging network lines, output resolution, appropriate linearization selection and corresponding printing countercompensation. Check the test strip of the output CTP version regularly with the printing plate detector to see whether the output linearity exceeds the error range, and make timely adjustment if the output linearity exceeds the error range.
